When will an item be back in stock? We restock our inventory frequently. Please check the “notify me” box on the product page of the item you are looking for to get an email notification when it becomes available.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, provided that the order has not already shipped. Please call or email customer service.
When will my order ship? Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours. Please allow an extra day for customized items.
Will I receive tracking information after my orders ships? Yes, you will receive an email from FedEx with the tracking number with the estimated day of delivery. If you do not receive this email right away please check your spam mailbox as they often get marked as junkmail.
How long after I order will I receive my package? Time of delivery will depend on what type of shipping you select. Items are delivered within 1-15 business days.
“Transaction cannot be Processed.” – Why won’t my order go through? The billing address fields need the permanent address that is associated with the credit card. The credit card number needs to be entered without spaces. Expiration date needs to be 2 digits for the month and 2 digits for the year such as 01/14. If you are still having trouble please contact customer service via telephone or email for assistance.

What is the best way to wash my Pillow Pet? Place the pillow in a white pillow case, tie off the ends, wash in cold water gentle cycle with mild detergent. Air dry. DO NOT wash battery operated Pillow Pets products including but not limited to GlowPets and DreamLites. Refer to tag for exact instructions.
